Rebuilding biblical stewardship in the church.
We exist to help the Church “rebuild the walls” today by restoring biblical stewardship of money, wealth and legacy.
How it began.
7 July 2021
The N5 Stewardship Movement was birthed when founder Bernard Lim was prompted to study Nehemiah 5, the moment Jerusalem's rebuilding stalled because of crippling debt and financial injustice.
As Bernard dug into Nehemiah 5, he recognised a similar gap in the Church today: broken walls not of stone, but of financial discipleship, unaddressed debt and distorted views of money. Through prayer and prophetic prompting during the pandemic, this burden grew into a vision to help the Church recover biblical stewardship of money, wealth, and legacy.
N5 began as a small response to that call and has since grown into a movement, gathering stewards, church leaders, and finance professionals across Asia who desire to honour God with their finances and serve others in the same spirit.

A steward called to help the Church rebuild
Bernard Lim has spent over three decades in financial services, training thousands of professionals and para-counsellors across the region. But his deepest conviction is that money is ultimately a matter of discipleship.
After being prompted to study Nehemiah 5 during the pandemic, Bernard founded N5 to help believers and churches recover a biblical view of money, wealth and legacy - stewarding all that God entrusts for His glory and the good of others.
