Melissa Kwee

Melissa Kwee is a cross-cultural and cross-sector bridge-builder with a passion for developing leaders and catalysing partnerships for the common good. As former CEO of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), she led the launch of the national vision, Singapore – City of Good, initiated Giving.sg, and mobilised businesses, communities and government to address complex societal challenges. A third-generation member of Pontiac Land Group, Melissa seeks to steward leadership, influence and resources to serve others and advance the common good.
