Ruth Seah

Ruth Seah serves as the Executive Director of GROW The Marketplace at Salt&Light and Thirst Collective, where she spearheads workplace discipleship initiatives across Singapore. 

She brings over 30 years of corporate leadership experience from executive roles at multi-national tech giants including IBM, Microsoft and Schneider Electric.

Ruth uniquely bridges her extensive business background with ministry, structuring programs that equip Christian professionals to actively live out their faith, steward their professional influence, and integrate biblical principles into daily corporate life.
