Winston Chong

Winston Chong is the founder of the Stewardship Alignment Journey (SAJ). With nearly four decades in the finance industry, he is passionate about helping followers of Jesus finish well.

His career spans public accounting, global investment banking, and personal financial advisory. A mid-life crisis during the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis deepened his commitment to Christ and reshaped his understanding of wealth and stewardship.

Transformed by biblical stewardship, Winston now coaches believers to align faith and finances for Kingdom impact. He has been happily married to Hong Ngee for 37 years and has three adult children.
